Privacy Policy

Lunar Dimensions LLC builds privacy-minded software, websites, apps, extensions, and services. In this policy, these are the Projects. Projects include those identified on the Lunar Dimensions Projects page, including Music Bridge, Lantern & Compass, and CN10.
Independent providers, platforms, infrastructure, and destinations used by or linked from the Projects are Third-Party Services. These include, as applicable, Apple, Apple Music, the App Store, iCloud, Safari, Spotify, YouTube and YouTube Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music, Deezer, SoundCloud, Pandora, Shazam, MusicBrainz and the MetaBrainz Foundation, Cloudflare, Ko-fi, and other current providers.
Lunar Dimensions does not use Project activity for advertising, behavioral tracking, or user profiling, and does not sell personal information. Ordinary use does not require a Lunar Dimensions user account. We receive information you choose to send us and limited information needed to provide, protect, and improve the Projects.
Information we handle
Information you choose to send
If you contact Lunar Dimensions or submit feedback, we receive the message and any name, reply address, attachment, or troubleshooting information you choose or expressly agree to include. We use it to respond, investigate problems, protect the Projects, and improve our work. Contact information is not added to a marketing list.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical information, employer secrets, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Project and website operation
Web requests and communications necessarily pass through Third-Party Services that host, secure, or deliver the Projects. Those services may process ordinary network and device information under their own policies. Lunar Dimensions may retain privacy-minimized operational totals and error information needed to understand reliability, capacity, and abuse. We do not use those records to build personal activity profiles.
Lunar Dimensions uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information it handles, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
Third-Party Services are independent from Lunar Dimensions. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when they process information or when you leave a Project to use their service. Lunar Dimensions does not control their accounts, catalogs, payments, cookies, advertising, security, availability, or other practices. Naming or linking to a Third-Party Service does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Project-specific practices
Music Bridge
Music Bridge is an interoperability tool. To identify music and provide links on another service, it may read or receive a shared URL, public page or player metadata, DOM information, provider identifiers, ISRCs, and related title, artist, or album information. It sends only the music and service information needed for matching to the Lunar Dimensions matching service and applicable Third-Party Services.
Music Bridge may retain public music identifiers, URLs, metadata, and relationships between services so later requests can be matched more quickly and accurately. It may also retain service-level outcomes and aggregate operational measurements. These records describe music relationships and system performance, not who requested a song. Lunar Dimensions does not intentionally associate them with a user account, store a personal listening or conversion history, or require streaming-account credentials.
Music Bridge does not control destination services. Coverage can be incomplete, and a match, catalog entry, or service may change or become unavailable.
Lantern & Compass
Lantern & Compass keeps game activity and progress on the device by default. Voice Play uses Apple system capabilities and, when supported and enabled, on-device speech recognition. Lunar Dimensions does not receive or retain the player's voice or spoken commands.
iCloud game storage is not currently available. If a future version offers it and the player enables it, game data will be stored in the player's private iCloud database and handled by Apple under Apple's policies; it will not be sent to Lunar Dimensions.
CN10
CN10 is designed to process dictated audio locally. Lunar Dimensions does not receive or retain dictated audio, transcripts, surrounding document text, patient information, clipboard contents, or user dictionary content through ordinary dictation. If a user expressly downloads an optional model or opens an external link, the applicable Third-Party Service receives the network request under its own policy.
Retention
We keep voluntary communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, protect the Projects, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations. Public music relationships used by Music Bridge may remain while they are useful for matching and revalidation because they are not maintained as user histories. Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably useful for security, reliability, and capacity. Third-Party Services apply their own retention rules.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to send optional contact information or attachments. Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights to ask whether Lunar Dimensions maintains personal information about you and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Rights may be subject to applicable law, reasonable verification, technical limitations, and lawful recordkeeping.
Privacy requests may be submitted through the Lunar Dimensions contact form or sent to contact@lunardimensions.com. You may also have the right to complain to the appropriate privacy or data-protection authority.
Children
The general Projects are not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information to Lunar Dimensions, please contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Projects, Third-Party Services, or legal requirements change. The effective date on the published policy identifies the current version.
